Q. How easy is it to change my prescription delivery provider?

It’s really easy – all you have to do is register with us, then we take care of everything.

Simply call our us on 0800 022 3851 or register online. The whole process takes just a few minutes. You don’t have to contact your GP, we do that for you, and you don’t even need to tell your existing delivery company that you no longer need them to deliver, just leave it all to us.

Amcare are an experienced prescription home delivery company, specifically supporting those living with stoma, urology and catheterisation conditions. Through Amcare, customers are provided with a wide range of prescription products, with the aim of supporting customer choice.

Q. Is there a risk I’ll be left without supplies during the switch?

Definitely not. If you have an urgent need, we will contact your GP to request a prescription and arrange for your order to be dispatched on the same day.
