Place Your Order
There are several ways that you can place your order:
By phone - Call us on 0800 88 5050 to place your prescription order or alternatively, if you have opted for the prescription order reminder, we will call you at your desired frequency. We can also arrange an automatic order for you.
By post – Collect your prescription as usual from your GP. Send it to us by post. Once we receive it, we will process your order.
EPS - We can collect your prescription electronically (EPS), which means you will get your order faster. Find out more about the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS).
Charges: Most of our customers are exempt from paying for their prescriptions. To find out if you are eligible for free prescriptions, see the prescription charges section.
To process and dispatch your order, we need your original prescription. However, if you need your order urgently, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do everything we can to ensure you are never left without products.
DPD, our delivery partner, will deliver to any address in the UK.
Once we receive your prescription, most orders are dispatched on the same working day. For those customers that provide mobile phone numbers, DPD can send a text to let you know your parcel is on its way. For maximum flexibility, you can change your delivery window or tell DPD where to leave your parcel, if you are not at home. Find out more.

Phone reminder service – Please ask one of our Care Centre advisors about this service. If you prefer we can call you at the same time every month so that you don't forget to place your order.
If you’d like, we can call you at the same time monthly so you don’t forget to order, just ask us to set up a reminder call for you by registering your request with our Care Centre Advisors on 0800 88 50 50 (stoma care), 0800 028 4131 (urology and continence)

Via EPS – If you register for the NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS), we can automatically process and deliver your next supply, on a designated date. Find out more and register.
